The Effinature standard is published under the NORMATYS programme. The other contents of the Platform (texts, images, logos, data-entry grids, reports, certificates, databases) are protected by intellectual property law. 5. Group Affiliation

IRICE SAS and NORMATYS are part of the NORMAXIS group, which owns the group's trademarks.

NORMATYS and IRICE are two separate legal entities within the NORMAXIS group. NORMATYS is the trading name of DAVANTI, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered with the Aix-en-Provence Trade and Companies Register under number 878 397 595, with registered office at 10 rue du Lieutenant Parayre, Espace Wagner Bâtiment A2, 13290 Aix-en-Provence, France. NORMATYS publishes the standards; it delivers no certification. IRICE SAS, registered with the Aix-en-Provence trade register under no. 835 324 112, is the Cofrac-accredited certification body; it reviews applications and takes certification decisions alone, independently of the owner of the standard. This group affiliation is disclosed and never concealed.

This functional separation meets the requirement of Directive (EU) 2024/825: a sustainability label must rest on a certification scheme verified by a third party independent of the scheme owner and of the trader displaying it.
